About the role
We are looking for an energetic, passionate and self-motivated person who is wanting to pursue a career in administration and/or disability. Ideally, you will have worked in a similar role previously and will have some experience in the disability industry. You are focused on both your own professional development as well as the success of the organisation.

What you will be doing

You will work closely with the Corporate Services Manager doing a range of administrative and project tasks including but not limited to:

• Managing the administration team

• Management of property maintenance and sourcing new rental properties

• Oversight of 18 fleet vehicles

• Assist with procurement processes

• Assist with the creation of new process and policies

• Ensure corporate functions are delivered in the most cost effective manner

• Maintain client information in Focused on Care’s Client Relationship Management tool

• Attend meetings and organisational events

• Confidentially undertake administrative and business-related duties for Focused on Care to support the team and organisation to achieve its goals and deliverables. 

• Other general duties as required
