About the Role:

GenTech Seeds is seeking the expertise of an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team in our Toowoomba office. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external network by processing orders, resolving customer order queries and supporting the in-field sales team.

Key accountabilities this position will be responsible for:

  • Exceptional customer service and effective resolution of customer enquiries received via phone, email and web

  • Receive and manage orders and stock enquiries including processing through Stock Management Systems (D365)

  • Manage consignment stock and external depots

  • General systems administration including data logging, updating, validation, cleansing and customize reporting

  • Assist with stock take

  • Inbound and outbound calling to maintain and build customer relationships

  • Collate sales information through customer conversations and effective questioning to assist Territory Sales Manager’s with sales leads.

About You:

  • Strong customer service ethos with demonstrated experience in a demanding customer service role

  • Passion for developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external network

  • Composed under pressure to meet competing demands of various stakeholders

  • Collaborative team player

  • Advanced user of MS Word, Excel & Outlook

  • High attention to detail

  • Proficient user of enterprise databases (D365 preferred)

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and good written and verbal communication skills.

  • Superior organisational skills and ability to prioritize workload

  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a positive attitude and adaptable to change
