Primary responsibilities:

• Provide admin support to the whole Branch

• Assist all departments – Sales, Service, Rental, and Parts

• Assist with branch administration, including mail distribution, office supplies, service scheduling, rental coordination, and ad hoc support for parts and inventory.

• Greet visitors and manage guest sign-in

• Reception admin duties including but not limited to attendance register, printing, stationary orders and timesheets for payroll

• Answering incoming calls nationally as part of national reception team

About you:

• Previous experience in Reception or Administration

• Confident, self-motivated, professional and approachable

• Quick to pick up new programs and systems

• Computer literate with excellent data and typing skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Detail-oriented and a strong team player

• Polished presentation and professional phone manner
