About the role:
ETS is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a passionate Contract Administrator to join the team at our Toowoomba office. In this varied role you will manage all administrative functions including contract invoicing, employee timesheet entry, supplier invoices, data entry, support to local Managers plus much more. You will be an integral part of the team providing across the board administration support to the business.
The following attributes are required to be successful in this role:
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Accurate keyboard and data entry skills, with proven experience using Microsoft Word and Outlook
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Strong time management and task-prioritisation skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to quickly learn new administrative and accounting systems
Experience in revenue processing and invoicing, including the use of spreadsheets to track job costing
Experience in the following tasks desirable:
Timesheet Data Entry and complex job cost management for crews working in the field
Supplier invoicing, purchase orders and accounts payable (Greentree/MYOB)
General Office administration including supplies, mail and ordering
Filing, scanning, photocopying and document management
Client interactions and correspondence
