As we continue to grow, we're seeking an experienced and highly organised Operations Administration Officer to become an integral member of our Operations team.

This is more than an administration role. You'll play a key part in supporting the systems, processes and people that enable our organisation to deliver outstanding services while creating meaningful social impact.

About the Role

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide high-level administrative support across a range of operational functions, including workforce coordination, compliance, reporting and continuous improvement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating operational administration across multiple service areas

  • Maintaining records, registers, databases and operational systems

  • Supporting workforce rostering and timesheet administration

  • WHS administration, compliance records and training registers

  • Preparing reports, spreadsheets and operational data analysis

  • Supporting audits, quality assurance activities and accreditation requirements

  • Assisting managers with process improvements and system enhancements

  • Providing professional support to internal stakeholders across the organisation

 

About You

You are a proactive and solutions-focused administrator who enjoys bringing structure, organisation and efficiency to busy operational environments.

To be successful, you will demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in an administration, operations support or business support role

  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Confidence working with systems, databases and reporting tools

  • The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • A collaborative and positive approach to working with others

Experience in any of the following will be highly regarded:

  • Operations administration

  • Payroll or workforce coordination

  • Workplace Health and Safety administration

  • Quality, compliance or audit support

  • Not-for-profit, community services or social enterprise environments
