The opportunity  

The Administration Manager plays a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of administrative services across the College. Leading a dedicated administration team, this role drives continuous improvement, aligns operations with strategic objectives, and supports high-quality service delivery. Working closely with the Deputy Principal, the Administration Manager also oversees timetabling and the coordination of relief staff.

About You   

• A diploma level qualification in Business Administration or a related field will be highly regarded.  

• Experienced in a wide range of complex administrative activities.  

• Committed to co-creating a nurturing school environment.  

• Demonstrated advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with multiple functions across a range of systems. 

• Candidates with previous experience in an educational context will be highly regarded.  

• Either hold a current Paid Blue Card for working with children issued by Blue Card Services or be eligible to obtain one prior to commencing in this role.
