We’re looking for a Construction Supervisor who can handle the pace. Someone who’s good at scheduling, sharp on quality control and quick to solve problems. You’ll be across a high volume of projects, so being organised and steady under pressure is key.

What you’ll be doing

• Running multiple sites at once and keeping schedules tight
• Coordinating trades, suppliers and deliveries so jobs stay on track
• Keeping an eye on safety and quality every day
• Spotting issues early and sorting them out fast
• Reporting progress clearly and keeping everyone in the loop
• Working closely with Construction Manager, Building Manager and internal teams

What you bring

• Solid volume building experience, whether supervising or working on the tools
• A strong local trade base and supplier relationships
• Confidence with construction scheduling tech (Evolve or similar)
• Skills in quality control and problem solving
• Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
• Clear communication and leadership skills to keep crews motivated
