We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Plant Operator to join our civil construction team. You will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to support earthworks while ensuring work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, rollers, graders, dozers, and other plant equipment

• Perform earthmoving, trenching, levelling, backfilling, and material handling tasks

• Read and interpret site plans, drawings, and grade stakes

• Identify and report equipment faults or safety issues

• Work closely with site supervisors and other crew members to meet project timelines

• Ensure all work complies with workplace health and safety regulations

• Ideally 1-2 years experience in plant operation

*This is not a FIFO job, all applicants must be based around the Warwick area.

All applicants must hold a current Drivers License and current White Card.

This will be casual employment with full time hours.
