A well-established builder/developer is looking for an experienced Foreman to support the delivery of a $15m commercial project, reporting directly to the Site Manager. This is a key site-based leadership role, working closely with subcontractors and trades to keep day-to-day site operations running smoothly.

The Role:
You’ll be responsible for driving site productivity and supporting the Site Manager across all on-site operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and coordinating subcontractors and trades
• Managing day-to-day site activities
• Supporting programme delivery and sequencing
• Ensuring QA, safety and site standards are maintained
• Working closely with the Site Manager to keep works on track

What They’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Foreman on commercial construction projects
• Strong site leadership and communication skills
• QBCC Supervisor Licence preferred (or willingness to obtain – support provided)
• Trade background highly regarded
• Ability to take ownership of site coordination and productivity
