Netpro Pty Ltd is a leading Australian company specialising in the design and construction of large-scale shade, canopy and netting structures for the agricultural and commercial sectors throughout Australia.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Draftsperson / Designer to join our team.

About the Role

Working closely with our sales and operations teams, you will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and assisting with the design of projects including:

• Feedlot shade structures

• Crop protection structures

• Commercial canopy systems

Key Responsibilities

• Produce detailed CAD drawings and construction documentation

• Assist with structural layouts and project design development

• Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings and revisions

• Liaise with project managers, engineers and site personnel

• Ensure drawings comply with relevant Australian Standards and project requirements

• Support estimating and project planning where required

Skills & Experience

• Experience in drafting/design within construction, steel, agricultural or structural industries preferred

• Minimum of 3-5 years drafting/design experience is required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)

• Intermediate AutoCAD skills are required

• Demonstrated intermediate 2D/3D AutoCAD proficiency is essential for this role

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment

• Practical understanding of construction methodologies highly regarded

• Australian citizenship or permanent residency is required for this position
