We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to become a valued member of our dedicated team.

About the Role:

As an educator at Freckles, you will:

• Create and deliver play-based, engaging learning experiences tailored to each child’s interests and needs.

• Build nurturing, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

• Assist with planning, documentation, and reflections in line with the EYLF and NQS.

• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).

• A current Working with Children Check.

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).

• Passion for early learning, with a child-centred approach.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

• Reliability, enthusiasm, and a desire to grow professionally.
