Grounds Keeper / Farm Hand (Part-Time or Full-Time) – Dalby QLD

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Grounds Keeper / Farm Hand to join our family broadacre farming operation based near Dalby QLD.

This role offers flexible part-time / full-time hours for the right person. It would suit someone who enjoys working outdoors, is competent to work on their own, takes pride on a tidy work place and is happy to help across a variety of farm jobs.

Main Duties

• Mowing and maintaining farm yards and surrounds

• Slashing roadsides and laneways

• General landscaping and upkeep

• Completing general maintenance and fix-up jobs around the farm

• Assisting with keeping sheds and work areas organised

• Helping with general farm duties when required

• Operating the chaser bin during harvest

About You

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Practical and mechanically minded

• Takes pride in neat and tidy work

• Machinery operating experience preferred

• Basic machinery operating skills required for farm equipment operation

• Driver's license required

• Valid car licence (C class) required

• Farming background advantageous but not essential

• Must have Australian work rights or valid work visa
