We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant / Dispensary Technician to join our growing team in Toowoomba.

This position is expected to offer 25–30 hours per week, with the opportunity to progress to a full-time role for the right candidate.

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or Dispensary Technician will be highly regarded. However, we also welcome applications from individuals with a strong retail or customer service background who are eager to learn new skills and build a rewarding career within the pharmacy industry. Qualifications & Experience

• Experience working as a Pharmacy Assistant or Dispensary Technician, with supporting qualifications.

• Strong knowledge of FRED Software programs highly regarded.

• Reliable, punctual and a positive can do attitude.

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, each and every time.

• A willingness to adapt to change and a can do attitude.

• Ability to build on existing relationships and creating new customer relationships.

• An interest in regularly learning, developing and upskilling your personal skills set.

• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Dispensing medication & packing in preparation for delivery.

• Co-ordinating with customers and multidisciplinary teams.

• Assisting in the preparation of prescriptions.

• Replenishing of stock and maintenance of inventory levels.

• Working alongside the Team, delivering outstanding customer service to assist in the delivery of Pharmacy services.

• Organising and maintaining the cleanliness of the Dispensary.

• Closely follow Pharmacy policies and procedures.

• General Pharmacy duties and customer service as required.
