National Dental Care is seeking a dynamic and highly-organised Senior Receptionist/ Front Office Coordinator to assist the team in our modern NDC Toowoomba practice on a full-time basis.

About the Role

As a Senior Receptionist/ Front Office Coordinator in our thriving NDC Toowoomba practice, you’ll play a key role in clinical treatment. You’ll confidently and expertly provide high quality clinical and administrative assistance to practice clinicians, as well as engage with patients in a positive and professional way. Your energetic nature and strong organisational skills will help to ensure the ongoing success of the practice and the satisfaction of patients.

Skills & Experience

You have:

  • Proven minimum 1 year experience in a Dental Industry - preferred

  • Sound computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suite

  • Previous experience using Dental 4 Windows (D4W) - desirable

You are:

  • Highly professional, with a polished image and good personal presentation

  • An excellent communicator - both written and oral - with strong attention to detail

  • Extremely organised, with the ability to prioritise busy workloads and manage multiple demands within required timeframes

  • Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
