About the role

We are looking for an experienced physiotherapist (minimum 3 years) who values clinical autonomy, quality care, and meaningful patient outcomes.

Riss Physio is a small, focused home visit physiotherapy service providing one-on-one care to clients across Toowoomba and the Lockyer Valley. Our purpose is simple: help older Australians age with strength and confidence in their own homes.

This role is ideal for a physiotherapist who enjoys working independently, takes ownership of their caseload, and takes pride in delivering thorough, hands-on, outcome-focused physiotherapy.

Appointments are structured to allow proper clinical time:

• 60-minute initial assessments

• 45-minute follow-up treatments

We prioritise quality physiotherapy over high-volume or rushed service delivery.

What we offer

• Salary package equivalent of $90,000 – $106,000 + super + travel allowance

• Performance bonus available as caseload approaches and maintains full-time capacity

• $1,000 annual CPD allowance

• Weekly 1-hour clinical support and case discussion (video call with the principal physiotherapist)

• Paid administration time factored into appointment structure

• Equipment provided

• Two-week mandatory closure over Christmas / New Year

• Flexible scheduling within a structured caseload

About you

You are:

• A physiotherapist with a minimum of 3 years' clinical experience

• Confident working independently in a community/home visit setting

• Highly organised and able to manage your own caseload and schedule

• Committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy

• Skilled in building strong rapport with clients and families

• Comfortable providing hands-on treatment where clinically appropriate

• Motivated by clinical outcomes rather than volume or KPI-driven practice

Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration

• Professional indemnity and public liability insurance

• Current driver's licence

• Reliable vehicle

Experience in aged care, community physiotherapy, or home visit services is highly regarded.
