About the Role

Carbal is seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Laser Operator who can hit the ground running from day one.

This role will be responsible for delivering advanced laser and technology-based treatments, maintaining high clinical and safety standards, and supporting the development of other staff within the service.

The successful applicant will be experienced in delivering treatments such as tattoo removal, RF skin tightening, fat cavitation, EMSculpt, and other technology-based treatments. They will be comfortable working independently, developing treatment plans, building client relationships, and assisting less experienced staff to develop their skills and confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Service Delivery

· Conduct client consultations and treatment assessments
· Deliver advanced laser and technology-based treatments safely and effectively
· Develop and manage individual treatment plans
· Provide pre- and post-treatment education and support
· Maintain accurate treatment records and documentation

Clinical Leadership & Staff Support

· Support and mentor other staff in treatment delivery and best practice
· Assist in developing treatment protocols and service standards
· Promote safe and effective use of equipment and technologies
· Contribute to a positive and professional team environment

Safety & Compliance

· Maintain high standards of client safety and care
· Ensure treatments are delivered in accordance with regulatory and licensing requirements
· Maintain infection control and workplace health and safety standards
· Participate in continuous improvement and quality activities

What You'll Bring

Essential

· Demonstrated experience operating laser equipment in a commercial clinic environment
· Experience delivering tattoo removal and advanced technology-based treatments
· Experience with fat cavitation, RF skin tightening, EMSculpt, or similar technologies
· Demonstrated ability to conduct consultations, develop treatment plans, and manage ongoing client treatment programs
· Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of treatment delivery
· Experience supporting, mentoring, or developing other staff
· Strong understanding of client safety, treatment protocols, and regulatory requirements
· Strong organisational and client management skills
· Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
· Current CPR certification
· Ability to obtain and maintain all licences and certifications required for the role
· Ability to obtain a National Police Check

Desirable

· Experience working within a health, cosmetic laser, dermal, or clinical treatment environment
· Experience using multiple laser platforms and advanced treatment technologies
· Experience establishing treatment protocols and quality standards
· Qualification in a health, dermal, nursing, beauty, or related discipline
