This well-established retail community pharmacy is located in desirable Toowoomba, just over 1.5 hrs drive from Brisbane city. Excellent education options for families. Loads of infrastructure to enjoy a little bit more of a laidback life to that of living in Brisbane, but with all the major services.

Job Specification:

As the Pharmacist Manager, you will lead the dispensary team and oversee daily pharmacy operations. Your key responsibilities include delivering high-quality professional services, managing dispensary workflow, and supporting the development of your team.

The pharmacy operates on Z dispense and handles a medium script volume. You will be supported by 2 other pharmacists, 5 Dispense Technicians and a large front of shop team. This is a well supported Pharmacist Manager role.

The roster is 8am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday with a 30 min lunch break.

Skills Required:

• Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or management role would be required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• An ability to understand cashflow and financials within a pharmacy business would be desirable.
• Approachable management style.

Salary & Benefits:

A competitive rate of $60 p/hr + super for Monday - Friday roster, negotiable based on experience.

Reimbursement for completed Full Scope training if that is something you are interested in.
