Our model allows suitably qualified managers to join as Operations Managers and earn 30% of their business unit's bottom line. Your Role
Your role will be the same as your current role, plus full autonomy to build and grow an amazing Allied Health  business.
 
To be successful you'll need experience across:

• Minimum 3 years - working as a Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist or Physiotherapist with a relevant Bachelor's Degree (e.g. Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy.
• Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, or Physiotherapy.
• Business Development experience - Proven experience collaborating with industry stakeholders and government departments to showcase professional expertise, build trusted relationships, and deliver high-quality support to individuals across diverse age groups and needs.
• Recruitment - Recruit and build a practitioner team that meets the needs and requirements of your clients.
• Serve - "Sirv" your Clients and Support Staff with empathy and passion.
• Laugh - love, laugh, and support your fellow Sirv team to help everyone be the very best they can be.

• $90,000 base + super + $8,000 car allowance
• 30% profit share on your business unit's bottom line, paid quarterly and annually
• Year 1 OTE: $120,000-$200,000. Year 2+: $200,000-$300,000+

Prerequisite

1. Built robust networks, and managed operations within your field.
2. Built and managed teams and demonstrated leadership qualities.
3. Demonstrated experience managing teams of 3-10 staff members with proven leadership capabilities.
4. Strong ambition to build a strong and profitable business.
5. Passionate about client outcomes.
6. A drive to help your colleagues and teammates succeed and help others achieve their goals.
