About the role

Casual Housekeeping roles available at Chinchilla Tourist Park, located in Chinchilla QLD 4413. This is a flexible, casual position that allows you to work around your other commitments. As part of our dedicated housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and restocking supplies

• Restock and organise cleaning supplies and linen

• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests

• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a housekeeping or cleaning role, preferably in a hospitality or tourism setting

• Ability to lift up to 20kg safely whilst maintaining physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout your shift

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to tight deadlines

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional manner

• Physical fitness and the ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout your shift

• Flexibility to work a range of shifts

• Australian permanent residency status required
