The Commercial Hotel Kingaory is seeking a motivated and established Venue Manager to drive success in this community-focused town. You’ll manage all core operations, overseeing bars, bistro, gaming, entertainment and accommodation. What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Venue Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry.
• Current QLD RSA, RSG, RMLV, Approved Manager, CLO, Gaming Nominee Training (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to build strong relationships within the local community and proactively identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead by example and inspire your team to deliver excellence.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality.
