We are seeking a motivated and experienced Human Resources (Workflow) Manager to join our growing organisation supporting participants across the NDIS and Aged Care sectors. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and strengthen our people, culture, workforce compliance, recruitment, and employee engagement strategies while supporting the delivery of high-quality services.

As our HR Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our workforce remains compliant, supported, engaged, and aligned with our organisational values and commitment to quality care.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, RAWRSS Pty Ltd, the HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources management across the organisation, including workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, workforce compliance, and organisational development.

The successful candidate will work closely with managers and team leaders to foster a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage all HR functions across the organisation.

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practice initiatives.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and workforce retention strategies.

  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.

  • Support managers with workforce planning and staff development.

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, SCHADS awards, and workplace regulations.

  • Maintain workforce records, credentialing, and mandatory compliance requirements.

  • Coordinate staff training, professional development, and workforce capability programs.

  • Support organisational culture, employee wellbeing, and engagement initiatives.

  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and workforce trends.

  • Assist with audit preparation and compliance activities relating to NDIS and Aged Care requirements.


About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Essential Requirements

  • Qualifications in Human Resources Management, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Management, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience in a Human Resources leadership or management role.

  • Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation, Fair Work requirements, and HR best practice.

  • Experience managing employee relations, performance management, and workforce compliance.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.

  • Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain).

  • Current Driver Licence.

  • NDIS Worker Screen Check

  • Working with Children Check


Highly Desirable

  • Previous experience within the NDIS, Disability, Community Services, Health, or Aged Care sectors.

  • Qualifications, training, or demonstrated experience in Work Health and Safety (WHS).

  • Knowledge of:

    • NDIS Practice Standards

    • NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements

    • Aged Care Act 2024

    • Support at Home Program requirements

    • Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards

  • Experience supporting external audits, workforce compliance, and accreditation processes.

  • Return to Work Coordinator experience or WHS investigation experience.
