We're looking for a Family Lawyer with at least 2 years' post-admission experience to join our Toowoomba team.

The Opportunity

You will work across a broad range of family law matters including:

• Parenting disputes

• Property settlements

• Divorce applications

• Domestic and family violence matters

• Child protection matters

You'll manage your own files appropriate to your level of experience while working closely with two Directors who have a combined 35+ years of post-admission experience in family law.

This is an opportunity to develop your technical skills, build confidence in client management, and gain exposure to a wide variety of family law matters within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For

We're interested in speaking with lawyers who:

• Have at least 2 years' post-admission experience in family law

• Communicate clearly and confidently with clients

• Are organised, proactive and take ownership of their work

• Enjoy working as part of a team

• Want to continue developing both technically and professionally

Experience in advocacy, negotiations and complex parenting or property matters will be highly regarded, however attitude and willingness to learn are equally important.

What are we looking for?

We're interested in speaking with lawyers who have at least five years' post-admission experience in personal injuries law and who are confident managing their own file load.

Just as important as technical ability is your approach to practice. We value lawyers who communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, keep matters moving and genuinely care about the clients they represent.

If you're someone who enjoys working collaboratively, mentoring support staff and contributing to a positive team culture, you'll fit in well here.

While this role is focused on family law, we recognise that many lawyers enjoy variety in their practice. If you have experience in another area of law, or are interested in maintaining exposure to another practice area alongside family law, we're open to discussing how that might work for the right candidate.
