We're looking for a Senior Personal Injury Lawyer to join our Toowoomba team and play an important role in the continued growth of our personal injuries practice.

You'll inherit an established file load, work alongside experienced support staff, and have the freedom to manage your matters while remaining closely connected to a collaborative team.

Most importantly, you'll join a team that values clear communication, collaboration, accountability and doing the right thing by clients.

What will you be doing?

You'll manage a diverse range of plaintiff personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, WorkCover claims, public liability claims, TPD superannuation claims and medical negligence matters. You'll have responsibility for your own files, while working closely with support staff and the Director to ensure matters continue to progress efficiently and clients receive the level of service they deserve.

We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their files, building strong client relationships and helping people through what is often one of the most difficult periods of their lives.

What are we looking for?

We're interested in speaking with lawyers who have at least five years' post-admission experience in personal injuries law and who are confident managing their own file load.

Just as important as technical ability is your approach to practice. We value lawyers who communicate clearly, follow through on commitments, keep matters moving and genuinely care about the clients they represent.

If you're someone who enjoys working collaboratively, mentoring support staff and contributing to a positive team culture, you'll fit in well here.

While this role is focused on personal injuries, we recognise that many lawyers enjoy variety in their practice. If you have experience in another area of law, or are interested in maintaining exposure to another practice area alongside personal injuries, we're open to discussing how that might work for the right candidate.
