Assistant!

Are you ready to take on a hands-on role in a growing business? We're looking for a reliable and motivated Water Operations Assistant to join our team. This position offers a great opportunity to develop skills in water treatment, production, logistics, and customer service while working alongside experienced operators.

This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week, with additional hours expected as demand for water increases.

Daily Responsibilities

• Assist with the operation of our water treatment and bottling plant under the supervision of senior operators.

• Process, bottle, and prepare water for customer deliveries.

• Coordinate with the team to confirm delivery schedules, quantities, and required paperwork.

• Load and unload water bottles (weighing up to 20kg each) safely and efficiently.

• Assist with deliveries to customers while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.

• Plan and organise delivery runs with guidance from senior team members.

• Return empty bottles to the storage facility for cleaning, recycling, and reuse.

• Assist in maintaining our filtration system, bottling plant, and associated equipment.

• Carry out routine cleaning, housekeeping, and operational tasks to ensure the facility remains safe and efficient.

• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and company standards.

Physical Requirements

• Must be physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying water bottles weighing up to 20kg.

• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.

• Stamina and endurance to handle production, loading, and delivery tasks throughout the day.

• A current driver's licence
