St Andrew’s Toowoomba Hospital (SATH) is seeking an experience Supply Manager to leading day-to-day supply and internal logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow and availability of stock across the hospital. This hands-on leadership role oversees inventory management, replenishment, and distribution while guiding a high-performing team to deliver responsive, reliable service. Working closely with clinical stakeholders, the role drives operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and safe supply practices to support high-quality patient care and service continuity.

What You’ll Bring to the Team

We’re seeking an experienced Supply Manager, preferably with a healthcare background, to lead and optimise supply chain operations, drive efficiency, and deliver reliable, high-quality supply outcomes across the organisation.

About the Role

This position offers a diverse role and duties including:

• Lead internal logistics and distribution to ensure timely, accurate delivery across all departments

• Manage inventory cycles (scan, pick, deliver, replenish) to maintain optimal stock levels

• Monitor usage trends and forecast stock to balance availability and minimise waste

• Lead, coach, and develop the Supply team to deliver high-performing service outcomes

• Oversee goods receipting, order reconciliation, and inventory accuracy

• Support product standardisation in collaboration with clinical and procurement teams

• Ensure Workplace Health & Safety compliance across all supply activities

• Provide responsive customer service and stakeholder support

• Deliver training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

• Contribute to senior leadership through reporting, insights, and strategic advice

What are we looking for?

We are seeking individual who brings:

• Extensive experience in healthcare supply or inventory management within complex environments

• Strong ERP system expertise (TechnologyOne preferred) and advanced IT capability

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop teams

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting

• Excellent communication skills with a professional, collaborative approach

• Experience in KPI development, analysis, and performance reporting

• Demonstrated success in driving change and improving supply chain efficiency

• Strong focus on continuous improvement and high-quality customer service

• Commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and best practice standard
