We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Travel Coordinator to join our People team in Toowoomba.
This is a critical operational role responsible for coordinating end-to-end travel and mine site mobilisation for our internal workforce. You will ensure employees arrive on site safely, on time, fully compliant, and without disruption to operations.
You will act as the central point of coordination across travel logistics, site access requirements, and compliance processes—supporting our Customer Support Technicians, Account Managers and operational teams across APAC.
In this role, you will
Coordinate end-to-end domestic and international travel for employees, including flights, accommodation, ground transport, immigration requirements and itineraries.
You will manage travel disruptions and provide real-time support, while maintaining accurate records, traveller profiles, and documentation in line with company policy.
Lead the mobilisation of employees to mine sites, ensuring all travel and compliance requirements are completed prior to departure.
This includes coordinating site access, inductions, medicals, competencies, and logistics such as camp bookings and transfers.
Liaise with internal stakeholders and site contacts, monitor mobilisation readiness against deadlines, and proactively escalate risks to ensure safe, compliant, and disruption-free travel.

To be successful in this role, you will possess:
Proven experience in corporate travel coordination and logistics
Experience managing mine site mobilisation and compliance requirements
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and responsive in high pressure situations
The ideal candidate may also possess:
FIFO or remote site travel coordination experience
Understanding of fatigue management and travel risk
Exposure to travel booking systems or mobilisation platforms
