Terregen is a privately owned, well-established contractor with over 30 years experience delivering quality rehabilitation at mine sites across Queensland.

We're not a big corporate contractor, and we don't want to be. We run small, capable crews and pride ourselves on a professional, safety-focused business with a practical, down-to-earth culture, no layers of corporate red tape, just experienced people trusted to do their job well.

We're currently recruiting for multi-skilled operators. Because we work across multiple sites, you might be in Moranbah for one project and then Chinchilla the next. Some projects are short term, some multi year. We're looking for operators who are reliable, flexible, and take pride in their work, wherever the job takes them.

About the role

Environmental rehabilitation work including:

• Dozer push and reshaping

• Topsoil and rock mulch haulage

• Erosion and sediment control

• Amelioration and spreading

• Precision seeding and drone seeding

• Tree planting and spraying

You'll be working across various Queensland mine sites so flexibility to move between sites and rosters is essential.

What you'll need

• RIIs obtained or renewed within the last 4 years, with experience operating 3-4 or more of: dozer, grader, tractor, spreader, backhoe, excavator, water truck, loader, haul truck, vac truck, service truck

• Current Coal Board Medical (Health Assessment)

• Standard 11 dated within the previous 4 years

• Current Open Driver Licence (HR preferred)

• Computer literate and capable of completing online inductions

• Minimum 1-2 years' mining experience

• Rehabilitation experience or agricultural background preferred
