Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries in-store and over the phone

• Provide advice on hardware tools, garden supplies, and DIY products.

• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.

• Maintain store cleanliness and product displays to ensure a welcoming environment.

• Handle customer complaints and returns professionally and efficiently.

• Restock shelves and assist with inventory management.

• Stay up to date with product knowledge and promotions.

• Will include weekend work on a rostered basis.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service, preferably in hardware or gardening

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of gardening, paint, power tools and hardware beneficial.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

• Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer skills.

• A positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.

• Physical ability to lift and move products as needed.
