About the role

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service professional to join our team at Normist Pty Ltd in Warwick, QLD 4370. This Part-time role (30hrs per week & 1 Saturday 4hrs per month) is integral to providing an exceptional customer experience and supporting the overall success of our retail operations.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly assisting customers with their queries and requests

• Process sales transactions, handle cash and maintain accurate records

• Restock and merchandise products to ensure the store looks its best

• Assist with inventory management and stock control

• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment

• Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety standards

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or retail role

• Previous work with Industrial/Hardware would be advantageous

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping customers

• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Flexible and adaptable to handle changing priorities

• Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and stock management

• Flexibility to work weekends as required

• Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for extended periods

• Eligible to work in Australia full time (Australian citizenship, permanent residency)
