Work for one of Queensland’s leading specialists in supplying Industrial, Safety, and Packaging products as a Internal Sales based in our Harristown, Toowoomba branch.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage high volume incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and efficient manner

• Provide technical support via phone and email to ensure optimum service to our customers

• Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner

• Maintain accurate customer records

• Other duties, responsibilities and projects may be assigned as required

• If you have INDUSTRIAL manufacturing / fabrication background this will be regarded highly

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous customer service experience mandatory– Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships

• Previous experience in sales support highly advantageous

• Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office – Word and Excel

• Proven ability to multi-task in a busy environment

• Experience working with technical products is highly desired but NOT essential
