About the role

Our team is growing! We are expanding our team in Toowoomba, and we are seeking a Finance Broker or Trainee to join our team. Here are the key things you will do:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and assist in negotiating loan terms.

• Manage the finance process from origination to settlement and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Stay up to date with market trends, changes in equipment financing options and maintain knowledge of financing products and services.

This role will require a strong work ethic, great communication skills and the drive to get our clients the best possible outcome. The successful candidate will be someone who takes pride in their work, ensures all compliance is adhered to and works well in a team environment.  The skills and experience best suited to this role:

• Proven experience as a finance broker is not necessary. 

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and deliver results within strict deadlines.
