Sales Representative – Agricultural & Construction Machinery

About the Role

Stag Machinery Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative – Agricultural & Construction Machinery to join our growing team in Toowoomba and Dalby.

In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a broad range of agricultural and construction equipment to farmers, contractors, and agribusiness clients. Success in this position will rely on your ability to build long-term relationships, understand customer operations, and provide tailored machinery solutions that add real value.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions

• Conduct on-site demonstrations, showcasing product features and benefits

• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales

• Represent the business at field days, trade shows, and industry events

• Maintain current product knowledge and stay informed on industry developments

• Work closely with parts and service teams to ensure exceptional after-sales support

About You

• Proven experience in agricultural or construction machinery sales (or a related industry)

• 3–5 years’ experience in machinery sales preferred

• Strong understanding of farming operations and construction equipment applications

• Knowledge of Agricultural machinery, and implements highly regarded

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently

• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel

• Australian work rights
