Touring Solutions Australia and ASG 4x4 are growing, and we're looking for the right person to join our team in Toowoomba.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk all day. We're looking for a motivated, hands-on person who genuinely enjoys the automotive industry. Every day is different, and you'll need to be comfortable managing multiple tasks while delivering excellent customer service.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

• Managing sales enquiries via phone, email and in person

• Assisting customers with vehicle upgrades, GVM solutions, suspension systems and vehicle re-manufacturing

• Preparing quotations and following up sales opportunities

• Coordinating with customers, suppliers and installers

• Maintaining customer records and updating systems

• Supporting the broader team wherever required

• Building strong relationships with customers and industry partners

About You

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a genuine interest in 4WDs or the automotive industry

• Be confident and professional on the phone

• Have excellent communication skills and be well presented

• Be organised and capable of juggling multiple priorities at once

• Show initiative and be able to work independently

• Be computer literate and comfortable learning new systems

• Be willing to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed

• Have strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
