About the Role

As a Parts Interpreter, you'll be responsible for accurately identifying, sourcing and supplying parts while delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers.

 

Key Responsibilities

·        Interpret and supply parts for customers and workshop technicians

·        Manage phone, email and counter enquiries

·        Process orders, quotations and invoices

·        Source parts through supplier and manufacturer networks

·        Assist with inventory control and stocktakes

·        Pick, pack and dispatch parts orders

·        Maintain accurate records and a well-organised parts department

 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

·        Previous Parts Interpreter experience (automotive, truck, agricultural or machinery industries preferred)

·        Strong customer service and communication skills

·        Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities

·        Sound computer skills and experience using parts catalogues or dealer systems

·        Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·        A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding service

·        Current driver's licence
