We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Excavation Equipment (EXEQ) on a permanent full-time basis.

This role is primarily focused on inbound sales and customer service, assisting customers with enquiries, preparing quotes, and identifying sales opportunities while delivering a consistently high level of service. You will be responsible for supporting clients through the full sales process across a diverse range of products.

You will continue to build your product knowledge, stay across market trends, and develop a strong understanding of customer needs across multiple industries.

We're looking for someone who is community-minded, proactive, and genuinely customer-focused. Someone who takes ownership of their work, has strong attention to detail, and is looking to grow within a supportive and expanding business.

We are looking for:

• Minimum 24 months' experience in customer service or sales (industrial, automotive, agricultural, or technical backgrounds highly regarded)

• A can-do attitude and genuine drive to succeed

• Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
