Job Description:

The Form Worker is responsible for constructing and dismantling formwork and frameworks for concrete structures in the civil construction industry. This role involves preparing and placing concrete, using appropriate tools and techniques, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The position requires a strong understanding of form-setting, steel fixing, and concrete pouring techniques to meet project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience in concrete finishing & formwork 

• Use appropriate concrete preparation techniques, including steel fixing and form-setting

• Follow safety procedures and adhere to health and safety standards

• Use appropriate tools and equipment to perform concreting tasks in accordance with instructions, specifications, and site plans provided by the Site Supervisor / Site Manager.

• Work effectively as part of a team 

• Ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest of standards

Ideal Candidates Will Hold:

• Certificate III in Concreting, Formwork, or a related trade qualification (Preferred)

• Current Open Drivers Licence (Essential) 

• Construction White Card (Essential)

• Ability to Pass a Pre-Employment Medical 

• Strong Commitment & Positive Attitude Towards Safety

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in civil construction, with a focus on concreting and formwork.

• Experience working with steel fixing, form-setting, and concrete placement techniques.
