About the Role

We’re excited to offer a Truck Driver opportunity at our Toowoomba (Charlton) site. This isn’t a lone, high-pressure driving job, you’ll work alongside a dedicated offsider who supports loading and unloading at both our factory and delivery locations, helping to make your day safer, smoother, and more efficient. You’ll complete local deliveries only to residential and commercial sites, enjoy regular hours, and have the chance to get involved in other areas of the business during quieter periods. It’s a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving Bradnam’s vehicles safely and professionally

• Completing local deliveries to residential and commercial sites

• Working closely with your offsider to load and unload products

• Ensuring loads are secure and deliveries are completed safely

• Completing job tasks on Bradnams issued tablets.

• Liaising with customers and site supervisors in a friendly, professional manner

• Assisting with warehouse duties when required

• Keeping vehicles clean, safe, and well maintained

About You

You’re a reliable, safety-focused driver who takes pride in doing a good job. You enjoy working as part of a team, communicating with customers, and being part of a workplace where people genuinely look out for one another.

What You’ll Bring

• MR or HR Driver’s Licence

• Construction White Card

• Forklift Licence (highly regarded, but not essential)
