At Kleint Industries we are expanding and looking for a motivated and reliable tradesperson to join our fabrication team. This is your chance to work in a fast-paced workshop environment specialising in drilling equipment, truck modifications, custom fabrication, and compliance upgrades.

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Boilermaker/Welder to join our growing workshop team. You will be involved in a wide range of fabrication, structural steel, repair, and modification work across custom-built and specialised equipment.

No two jobs are the same — this role offers hands-on work with unique machinery and the opportunity to further develop your fabrication skills within the drilling and heavy vehicle industries.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

·         Fabricating new components from drawings and specifications

·         Modifying and upgrading equipment for compliance and performance

·         Structural steel fabrication and heavy repairs

·         General workshop duties and maintenance work

·         Assisting and mentoring apprentices within the workshop

·         Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

·         Working to allocated timeframes while maintaining quality workmanship

What We’re Looking For

✔ Trade-qualified Boilermaker/Welder
✔ Experience in heavy fabrication or custom workshop manufacturing
✔ Ability to work independently and within a team environment
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and a positive “can-do” attitude
✔ Pride in producing high-quality workmanship
✔ Reliable, punctual, and supportive of fellow team members
✔ Driver’s license and reliable transport required
✔ HR, MC, Forklift or additional tickets highly regarded
